importanticon alertThere has been a major increase in fraudulent text and email messages being sent that appear to be from various toll agencies across the country including the E-ZPass Group stating there is money owed. If you receive a text that appears to be from E-ZPass or a specific toll facility, please go directly to that agency's website to validate. If you recieved a text or an email and you have never had an E-ZPass account, this is likely to be a scam communication.

The E-ZPass Group itself does not hold customer accounts or collect tolls!  We support the member agencies who directly support their own customers.

If you get a message from the E-ZPass Group claiming you owe for a toll it is a scam!

Please do not click on any links or call any phone numbers in the message you received. If you believe you have been targeted, you can report fraudulent texts to the Federal Trade Commission (link to https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/?orgcode=EZPG) and/or the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (link to www.ic3.gov).
